“Portrait of the Lighthouse” selected for the Hamptons International Film Festival

I made a short documentary film about our beloved Montauk lighthouse, and it’s having its worldwide premiere on October 9 at HIFF. 

Synopsis: From tattoos to artwork to selfies to marriage proposals and wedding backdrops, the Montauk Lighthouse has long inspired personal expression. The film follows painter Megan Euell—a twelfth-generation Hamptons local—as she sets out to capture the iconic landmark, revealing both her creative process and the deep-rooted connection between place, memory, and art.
